Chilly River Walk

Sunday was 32 degrees but I really wanted to go for a hike up to this little waterfall on the outskirts of my city.  I wore my Forever21 coat, with my new black jeans from Target.  My studded booties from Wet Seal, my chunky infinity scarf that I got from Plato's Closet, and my blue satchel from Target are all new.  My giant pom pom mittens from ASOS keep my fingers warm.  I prefer mittens to gloves because they are much more cute and warm.

Sequin Collar Love

My blouse is from Apt. 9 and my necklace is my own and can be purchased soon on my Etsy page here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/kookaburralia?ref=si_shop

Photo Fashion

I really love pieces that have photographs of scenery printed on them.  This top is from Macy's.  My sweater is from Kohl's, and my glitter bottle necklace is Princess by Vera Wang.

A Winter Walk

It took me a few days to put up this post because I just started watching Pretty Little Liars. It's the kind of show that is really cheesy because it's on ABC Family, but if you like mysteries it's addicting.  My boyfriend and I went for a walk on the bike trail behind my house.  My sweater is Princess by Vera Wang, my black speckled tights are Vera by Vera Wang. My combat boots are l.e.i.  My shorts are my newest item, from Akira Chicago.  I am obsessed with them because of the details on the pockets.  My coat is from Forever21, last winter.  Lastly, my necklace is from Charming Charlie.

Back to Chicago

The pic is kind of blurry but I'm wearing a light blue Elle blazer with a blue blouse from Forever21, with collar tips!

In December, just before New Years, I went back home and took a little day trip to do touristy things in Chicago.  This included shopping and visiting the Sears Tower (Willis Tower). I have been to Chicago countless times, as I have lived less than an hour away my whole life until I went away to College, but I have only been in the Sears Tower once.  Of course I don't remember it at all. So my sisters, my cousin and I decided to go to the top. It was great! It was also at night, which was awesome.  I am hoping to go back later during the day to see what that is like too.
